Is the Fabric removable?
No, our fabric is a performance fabric that is stain and water resistant. We do not believe that it should need to be taken apart and washed because it will perform great in your home. If it does get a stain, it comes out easily with a water based cleaning agent.
Can the cushions be softer?
No - Currently we are producing it with 1.8 density foam, which beats industry standards.
How does the fabric perform against animal scents?
It is a high-performance fabric that is resistant to stains and odors
Can Flex be any taller?
No, currently it is designed to be a lower seat height and low back to allow for better sight lines within the home.
When will this ship?
It will ship in 2-3 weeks (usually 1-2 weeks). It is in stock in our Distribution Center and once received, orders ship out next day. You will receive a call to schedule the delivery.
How will it ship?
Via FedEx LTL. FedEx will call ahead to schedule a delivery window that works best for you. It is advised that you are home so they can help bring the boxes inside.
Can we order now and push out the delivery longer than the advertised lead time?
Flexsteel cannot hold an order till a later date.
Are there more fabric options?
Flex is currently only offered in the two fabric selections.
Is there financing available?
All financing must go through Retail Store - Flexsteel does not offer any financing.
What is Limited-Lifetime Warranty?
The Limited Lifetime Warranty is based on the actual life of ownership. It covers springs, wood frames, metal bases, seat cushion foam, etc.
Do I need to pay extra for the Warranty?
No, the limited lifetime warranty on the Blue Steel Spring and the construction of the material comes with every Flexsteel product and is included in the price of the purchase.
What is included in the Fabric warranty?
It is Culp’s policy to stand behind the stain resistance and cleaning performance of its LiveSmart category of products for a period of three years from the date of sale to the consumer, provided fabrication guidelines are met and consumer abuse or neglect is not present. This warranty applies to common household stains¹ (specific exclusions being ink marks, crayon, mustard, and vegetable oil based products). This warranty is valid only when used in accordance with its intended use as indoor residential furniture. Damage/staining due to neglect or allowing the fabric to become excessively soiled without cleaning, or resulting from not following the proper LiveSmart cleaning guidelines, is not covered under this warranty.
